4. Purpose of processing personal data
The purpose of the filing system is to manage the customer relationship between the data controller and the customer and to facilitate marketing and communication. Management of the filing system and the processing of data may be outsourced to a business partner of the data controller who is also committed to observing the conditions of this Privacy Policy.

5. Data content of the filing system
The filing system may contain the following data on customers:
– Name
– Telephone number
– Address
– Email address
– Organisation’s name and business ID
– Communication log

6. Data sources in compliance with regulations
The filing system is compiled from the data controller’s customer data system, the website’s web analytics tool, publicly available online sources and other public sources available free of charge or for a fee.

7. Disclosure of data in compliance with regulations
The data controller shall not disclose data to external parties, with the exception of the data controller’s partner mentioned previously in section 4, unless Finnish authorities require otherwise.

8. Transfer of data outside the EU or EEA
Personal data is not generally transferred outside the EU or EEA.

9. Filing system protection principles
Stored personal data is confidential. The data network and equipment containing the filing system and belonging to the data controller or any IT partners is protected by a firewall and any other necessary technical measures.

They contain data that is used for purposes such as marketing and developing the website. Cookies are used to collect data about user activity on the website.
